DMV Cup ● Home ●
Since 2019 the DMV Cup has been the showcase adult soccer event in the DC metro area. Featuring men’s, women’s and coed small-sided 7v7 teams from the District, Maryland, Virginia and beyond, the tournament is a celebration of our local soccer culture. Organized by District Soccer, the largest organization of its kind in the region, participants can expect top-quality competition and a professional approach, all in a festival-like environment.
When: Sunday, October 11th, 2026
Where: Columbia Heights
Cost: $495 per team, $40 for Free Agents
Game Format: 7v7 (Recommended roster size of 12. Must be at least 18 years old to play.)
Registration
men's+ Competitive
For players and teams seeking high-level competition—ideal for those with college, elite amateur, or equivalent playing experience.
Men's+ Casual
For players and teams with developed skills ideal for those who played in high school or have organized soccer experience.
Free Agent Registration
Casual - $40
It costs $40 to register as a free agent for the casual competition. If enough free agents register for this program, they will be placed on a team together to compete in the 2026 DMV Cup in the order they registered. If not enough players register, you will be refunded your full fee.
