Since 2019 the DMV Cup has been the showcase adult soccer event in the DC metro area. Featuring men’s, women’s and coed small-sided 7v7 teams from the District, Maryland, Virginia and beyond, the tournament is a celebration of our local soccer culture. Organized by District Soccer, the largest organization of its kind in the region, participants can expect top-quality competition and a professional approach, all in a festival-like environment.

Game Format: 7v7 (Recommended roster size of 12. Must be at least 18 years old to play.)
Free Agent Registration
Casual - $75
It costs $75 to register as a free agent for the casual competition. This fee gets you on the field, plus a custom kit! If enough free agents register for this program, they will be placed on a team together to compete in the 2025 DMV Cup in the order they registered. If not enough players register, you will be refunded your full fee.
Competitive - Free
If enough free agents register for this program, they will be placed on a team together to compete in the 2025 DMV Cup in the order they registered. At this point they will be charged a $75 registration fee. Registering as a no-cost free agent does not guarantee that you will be placed on a team, but it does allow team captains to see that you are interested in playing in this program and reach out if they need additional players on their roster.
