General FAQs

District Soccer conducts all league management and gameday communications via LeagueApps. In order to ensure that you receive all league communications, we strongly recommend verifying that you are subscribed to all LeagueApps updates from your District Soccer Dashboard & that you whitelist communications from the @districtsoccer.com with your email client. (Guide)

Sometimes you might need help getting registered for a program, in which case the District Soccer Admin team will manually create your team/registration from our end of things. In cases like these, please do not forget to log into your District Soccer Dashboard to sign waivers and verify that your registration details have been filled out correctly! (Guide)

To book your spot in a District Soccer league, one player (the Team Captain) is responsible for registering the team. The Team Captain is the main point-of-contact between District Soccer and your team, will receive information on how to order their complimentary annual jersey gift, and ensures that there are enough players to compete at each of their games (including finding subs as necessary). (Guide)

Team Captains are responsible for registering their team to compete in District Soccer leagues. This process can be completed from your District Soccer Dashboard…all you need is your teammates’ email address! (Guide)

  • Team Captains have additional permissions in their District Soccer Dashboard, including the ability to edit their team name and track team payment status after completing the initial registration process. Captains should update their team name to include their primary jersey color if this is not completed during registration, or if they elect to change colors during the season (e.g., “Wanderers - Kelly Green”).
