Since 2019, the DMV Cup has been the showcase adult soccer event in the DC metro area. Featuring men’s, women’s, and coed small-sided 7v7 teams from the District, Maryland, Virginia, and beyond, the tournament is a celebration of our local soccer culture. Organized by District Soccer, the largest organization of its kind in the region, participants can expect top-quality competition and a professional approach, all with a festival-like feel.

Meet District Soccer
District Soccer is a steward of our community that uses soccer as a vehicle for building community and connection. Each year, they donate well over $75,000 to youth-serving organizations focused on recreation and wellness. Proceeds from The DMV Cup benefit a different local impact organization each year.
Giving Back: GoPlay – Youth Sports for All
Proceeds from every tournament benefit GoPlay DC, the Youth Sports for All initiative that provides under-served youth with opportunities to play organised football. In recent years, District Soccer has donated over $75,000 annually to youth-focused charities. Together with GoPlay DC, the DMV Cup is more than a competition—it’s a force for positive change in our community.
